Instructors working with us are required to maintain Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Comprehensive car insurance.
RACQ APPROVED DRIVING SCHOOL?
In 2023 the RACQ discontinued the RACQ approved driving school program. We still maintain the high standards of this accreditation in our daily operations.
DO INSTRUCTORS HAVE BLUE CARDS?
Yes! All instructors are required to maintain a current Blue Card.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY INSTRUCTOR?
Let's face it, not everyone gets on. In most areas we have different instructors which allows you to swap and change as you wish. No upfront commitment to one instructor, any vouchers can be used to with any instructor in your area.
WHAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
We have a Queensland based customer service team who are here Monday to Friday to help you with any questions you may have. No need for our instructors to take a call during a lesson when they have support like this! We also have a test booking process where we co-ordinate your test booking with Queensland Department of Transport for you.
WHAT IF I FEEL UNSAFE?
In addition to having our customer service team available, we also have a Child Protection process in place that gives our students a direct, private and confidential method to raise any issues directly with our senior Management team. Details are available on your company communications.
