NEW technology that allows cars to communicate with each other to prevent accidents will be tested in Sydney, with hopes it could eventually slash the road toll by a third. The idea of reducing road injury with the use of new technologies is an exciting prospect. This newspaper article highlights just how the technology has the potential to reduce accidents by an estimated 35%.
