Another year has gone by and our Driving School Team was happy to have continued to deliver driving lessons and help our customers successfully obtain their driver licence during a busy 2016! We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all our busy driving instructors who strive to consistently deliver high-quality customer service, often going above and beyond their role as driving instructor. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our call centre team who also work tirelessly supporting our driving instructors and customers ensuring the entire process smoothly.
Last Friday night at the Links Resort at Hope Island we were able to personally thank some of our team at Rightway Driving School's annual Christmas party. It was with great pleasure that we were able to award Gold Coast North instructor Alan Bulmer withInstructor of the Year , and Natasha Collins as Call Centre Agent of the Year. Alan has previously been awarded Instructor of the Week twice in 2016 for his reliability and excellent service, and Natasha has recognised for her all round performance as a call centre agent not only in sales performance but also general customer support. Thank you again to Alan and Natasha for your efforts and contribution to our team, we are lucky to have you!
